Normally a hickfest, the New York State Fair has decided to host the Flaming Lips on September 1st. The show will likely draw a lot of hipsters, most likely those who are unemployed, given that the show starts at 5 pm. Of course this means I will not be going. I think the demolition derby sounds awesome though. I always enjoy a good hickfest. New York State Fair Concerts

Actually, I probably wouldn't go anyways. I just think it's funny they're playing at the Fair.
Jmaie is hoping to go to the fair...but not to see them. We like looking at all the exhibits. I like the giant butter sculpture in particular.
I also would like to go to the fair. The demolition derby this year looks awesome!

The fair always gives me a headache anyway. Remember when I had to have Jim drive the rest of the way home?

I would love to go to the Derby, but it's on a Monday. And who could I get to go to the fair with on a Monday afternoon, especially when I work til 3:00?
