Hey, like my new typeface? Apparently there's this whole group of people who want to want to ban this overused Microsoft creation. I checked out their website bancomicsans.com, and it seems like they're pretty serious. They say it undermines the rules of typography or something like that. I say it's just a bit overused. Just like Papyrus, or Brushscript, or Copperplate Gothic.
I think I'll stick to Helvetica if I have to use an overused font.

I tend to agree with those who want to ban Comic Sans, but it's a useless cause. Bad typography is here to stay. Desktop publishing saw to that when it allowed the common person to use a bizillion fonts in one document.
